Food & Drinks
It is not allowed to bring food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) into the rooms or villas, from outside the resort or from any food and drink supply company
Shisha
It is prohibited to use Shisha in hotel rooms, villas, or any area of the resort
Pets
Pets of all kinds are not allowed
Music
All types of audio speakers, and lighting, and the companies that work to provide them are not allowed to enter the resort at all
Furnishings
It is not allowed to enter electrical appliances or furniture of all kinds
Smoking
All our rooms are non-smoking as well as public spaces. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas
Events
It is not permitted to hold events inside the resort without obtaining approval from the resort management
Animals
Due to our desert surroundings, there is a possibility of occasional animal appearances despite the hotel's diligent preventive measures. Rest assured, we strive to minimize such occurrences to ensure your comfort and safety.
Drones
Drones are not allowed on the entire property in order to protect our guests' privacy.
